To provide a wide range of effective services to our community, P.F.D. houses 6 pieces of apparatus. In addition, a fully
equipped HAZ-MAT response trailer and wilderness rescue sled consisting of an ATV and snowmobile are also maintained. P.F.D.
provides primary mutual aid support to surrounding communities through the response of it's own company apparatus, but also
staffs and maintains an "Incident Support Unit" which responds to high priority incidents within Rutland County,
Vermont.
